A short introduction
The Vectron-family is Siemens' answer to the highly modular Traxx of Bombardier and the PrimaII of Alstom. It was introduced in two stages, in June 2010 at the Wegberg-Wildenrath test center and in September 2010 at the Innotrans railway fair.
